01About these terms

These terms apply when you use bakeywakey.in, create an account or place an order with BakeyWakey. BakeyWakey is operated by CulturedCraft. By placing an order you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

02Your account

You can create an account with your email address and a password, or sign in with Google. Please give accurate contact details — we use them to reach you about your order. Keep your password private; you are responsible for orders placed from your account.

We may suspend or close an account that is used for fraud, abuse or to get around order limits.

03How ordering works

We bake to order for published bake dates rather than selling from stock. Each bake date has its own products, a limited quantity, its own pickup points and a time when ordering closes. Some products have a limit on how many can be ordered at once.

Adding a product to your bag does not reserve it. When you start checkout, the items are held for a short time while you pay; if payment is not completed in that time, the hold is released.

Your order is confirmed only after Razorpay reports that the payment was successful and your order confirmation is shown. We may decline or cancel an order that cannot be fulfilled — for example if a bake date is cancelled — and any payment taken for it is then handled as described under Cancellations and refunds.

04Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian rupees and are shown at checkout, including any applicable tax and discount, before you pay. Payment is taken through Razorpay using the methods Razorpay offers at checkout; your payment is also subject to Razorpay’s own terms. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank login details. If a payment fails, no order is confirmed.

05Pickup only

BakeyWakey does not deliver. Every order is collected in person from the pickup point and pickup slot chosen at checkout, on the bake date. Pickup points can differ between bake dates, so check the details for your own order; some pickup details are shared only with confirmed customers. You may be asked for your order number or pickup code.

If you cannot make your pickup slot, contact us as soon as possible. Because every bake is made to order for its date, we cannot guarantee an order is still available once its pickup window has passed.

06Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel a confirmed order yourself from your order page any time before ordering closes for that bake date and before production has started. After that, please contact us.

Refunds are reviewed by our team and, where a refund is issued, it is made against the original payment through Razorpay. There is no fixed automatic refund percentage or timeline; each situation is considered individually. See the ordering and pickup FAQ for more.

07Discount and referral codes

Discount codes apply only under the conditions shown for them — for example a first order only, a limited number of uses, or a particular customer. They have no cash value.

When the referral programme is running, an account holder may share their referral code. A new customer can enter it when creating an account; you cannot use your own code. When the referred customer’s first order is confirmed, the referrer receives a single-use discount code for their own account. We may change, pause or end the referral programme at any time; rewards already issued keep their stated conditions.

08Products and allergens

Where we have provided them, each product page lists its ingredients, allergens, storage and shelf-life guidance. Handmade bread varies naturally in shape, size and colour, and photographs and 3D models are a guide to the product rather than an exact image of your loaf. If you have an allergy or dietary question, please contact us before ordering.

09Reviews

Reviews can be left for products you have bought. Reviews are checked before they are published, and we may decline or remove reviews that are abusive, unrelated to the product or contain personal information.

10Using the site

Please do not misuse the site: do not try to interfere with checkout or payments, bypass order limits or security measures, use automated tools to place orders or collect data, or use another person’s account or payment details. Text, photographs, 3D models and design on this site belong to BakeyWakey or are used with permission, and may not be reused without our permission.

11Your rights and changes to these terms

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under applicable Indian consumer law. These terms are governed by the laws of India. We may update these terms; the version shown here when you place an order applies to that order.
