We bake to a real, published bake date rather than keeping a shelf stocked. Each drop has a finite number of loaves, its own pickup points, and a cut-off time for ordering. Choose a bake date on the home page to see exactly what's coming out of the oven that day.

Ordering opens once a bake date is published and closes ahead of production, so we can plan exactly how much to make. The countdown on each bake date shows how much time is left.

Pickup points are published per bake date — they can vary from one bake to the next, so always check the pickup details shown for the date you've ordered from.

It depends on the loaf — every product page has its own storage guidance and shelf life, written for that specific bread. Fresh bread is always best enjoyed on the day it's collected.

Each product page includes its own refresh instructions where they apply — check the loaf's own page rather than a general rule, since a cookie and a country loaf don't refresh the same way.

Get in touch with us as soon as you can. Every bake is made to order for a published date, so we can't guarantee a loaf is still available once its pickup window has passed, but we'll always try to help.

You can cancel a confirmed order yourself any time before ordering closes for that bake date and before we've started production. Once production has begun, or ordering has closed, contact us directly.

Refunds are reviewed and processed by our team against the original payment — there's no fixed automatic percentage or timeline, since every situation is looked at individually.

A sell-out means that bake is genuinely full, not that we're holding stock back. Where a waitlist is available for that offer, you can join it directly from the product's page.

Joining a waitlist doesn't reserve a loaf — it lets us reach out if a spot opens up on that bake date. You can join from any sold-out product that has a waitlist enabled.
