The loaf
We wanted our classic cookie to actually feel classic, not complicated. A good chocolate chip cookie should be buttery, chocolate-heavy and satisfying enough that you immediately want another bite. So we kept the flavour familiar and focused on texture: a thick NY style cookie, a soft centre, lightly crisp edges and plenty of milk and dark chocolate throughout.

Our Classic NY Style Chocolate Chip Cookie is BakeyWakey’s take on the cookie everyone already knows, made thicker, softer and far more indulgent. A buttery vanilla dough is loaded with a balanced mix of milk and dark chocolate, giving every bite plenty of chocolate without becoming overly sweet. The edges bake lightly crisp while the centre stays soft, dense and gooey when warmed. Baked fresh in small batches in Kolhapur and packed as a set of 2.

Refined wheat flour (maida), butter, brown sugar, caster sugar, thick curd, milk powder, milk chocolate, dark chocolate, vanilla, baking soda, salt.

Mixed in small batches, portioned thick in NY style and baked until the edges are set while the centre remains soft and rich.
